This 1970’s Monte Carlo is currently in line to be crushed. It looks pretty solid. I really hope it doesn’t go to waste. If anyone seriously wants it, I can give you the contact info.

awesome color, but there’s no saving Monte Carlos from death row. In fact, GM should’ve been barred from reusing that name as a condition for the bailout.

Looks resprayed over rust or poor surface prep to me. I’d be wary of bad rust issues.

Wish I could. I love that color.

’79. One of the better looking of the mid/late 70s ones.

Awww man, seeing old cars go to the crusher is the worst; I really hope someone car save it
(Very slightly related - it involves saving/buying a car, and I don’t have authorship, otherwise this would get a post of it’s own)
What do the UK oppos and Porsche people think of thi s? Is it a typo, scam, or has the 911 bubble finally burst? Also, if it is real, should I ‘save’ it from being locked away as an investment?

Kinda looks like Mike’s Auto Parts but I could be wrong. Upon closer inspection it’s at Plazek isn’t it? Also Ontario car from the 70’s is probably not worth saving. Gonna look like swiss cheese underneath.

Lots of bubbles. Tons of usable parts, no doubt, but this would take quite a bit of bodywork.
